Is there a place and time

For pleasantries to turn

Into dreams hidden inside

All we divulge is dates

Tales from far off lands

One foreign tongue

To another one

Kept that dry mouth shut

Reflections bottled up

For far too long

Next one is on me

We both seem thirsty

For the other one

To open up

Talk it’s alright to think aloud
