I didn't know there was a show

Till the headliner called from Columbus to cancel

That just left the local, one DI and vocal

One song in particular reminded me of you

It was the one about the rabbit in the snow

Lost in the white

When I noticed the snow's diagonal blow

It was last call, and time to go home

So we said our goodnights, and I cleaned up

Shut out the lights

And locked up the place with the cold in my face

The V-Dub was buried out front where I'd parked it

But I'd left the shovel at home

So I pulled on my good gloves
