I’m ten thousand feet above, I’m running to the sun. But push has come to shove and now I plummet back down into the waiting earth. Where all good things must hurt, where nothing can be permanent but still we act.

One of these days all of this will begin to fade. We’re staring at the big end once again. Guess nobody gets to pretend. Oh no.

I’ve been acting kinda strange, like I could rearrange the passing of the days into the time to clean up all of the messy stuff. But there’s never enough. I’d settle for some love or lust or luck, oh please.
