Lyrics
We've seen open fields, and close cobbled streets
From the princes of Europe, to Arabian nights
Me and my girl got a three story carriage
Bedecked with lanterns, and bright shiny things
We parked for a month, in a hay field in York
By a barn store that brewed it's own apple wine
Then we set sail again, float away in the sky
In a flying carriage of master design
One day we'll leave Earth when the weather gets hot
And the people get mean and the sky gets hazy
But for now it's a dream of apple wood seams
With galvanized joints and true cotton sails
Skimming the treetops, waving at farmers
Booing at wars, singing at children
Damp with moisture, as we sit in the clouds
Then coming back down, where the sunshine is warm
Is warm
To be close by, but able to leave
To not be tied down, to lose gravity
To float on one day, to a bright green shore
And never look back, not anymore
