If there is a God, his biggest hobby is to ruin everything in my life.

I ate a mango once and developed an exotic disease,

and every time I do the things I like, I get hurt.

The hurt is fine, but it’s still pretty absurd.

And if this God’s biggest hobby is to ruin everything in my life,

I used to have friends, but they all died in a crash.

‘Cause every time I have friends, they get hurt.

It’s so unfair and really absurd.

I’m bad at a lot of things or mediocre at best.

I try, but I never seem to succeed.

I feel like I live my life like a puppet on a string,

controlled by a thing high up in the clouds.

So if this God’s biggest hobby is to ruin everything in my life,

I wanna face him down in the street.

‘Cause every time there are things I like, it all hurts.

So if there is truly a God, he's really freaking absurd.
