This house I live in is just a broken-down shack

Four walls and a roof that’s about to collapse

Friend don’t feel sorry, it’s just temporary

This house of clay is being made new

By the Carpenter of Galilee

Not much to start with, but I believe He’ll finish

What He began when He made me His

Complete renovation on the sure foundation

Can’t wait to see the change in me,

When the restoration is done…is done!
