beneath the moonrise

burning every immoral life

standing bare in disguise

looking down at the scattered ground, the mortal bound.

Ripped from the past, fading fast.

ephemeral dreams from the shattered schemes.

When darkness consumes us

These concrete hives, the lamented crowds.

Amidst these cleansing times, may we find endless rhymes.

They have condemned us to rot,

to the darkest end that we could not mend

A language of triumph and love echoes through,

the burning cinders but these lights are still blinding and linger

All in the stillness of liminal ends.
