If you're different in any way, you probably grew up being told there's something wrong with you so... I'll ask you once again

Like you're... never present?

Head always wondering?

Spacing out?

We've asked ourselves time and time again

"Am I not meant to be here?"

People are quick to assume there's something wrong with me as a human, but what if I'm just an alien?

There's nothing wrong with earth per se, what if its just not your place?

What if we're just in the wrong planet?

(Cause the artist is always the person who stands outside the structure, so... They're a real pain to try to manage and to organize.)

(You really have a thing? You can feel a value, of yourself? You can just taste it?)

(Because you knew something that was deeply important to you and people told you you were fucking wrong. That's how you feel alone)

(When the people who are supposed to help you and support you and understand how you feel, tell you that you're fucking wrong for feeling that way)

(They just don't understand, like they just don't understand you and you just don't understand them)

(That is a world where everyone speaks a language that you don't speak. And then the world becomes a fucking scary place.)

(I think you had to grow up incredibly fast, you've been old for a while actually.)
