Sherlock Holmes

Oh oh oh oh, oh oh oh oh 

 Oh oh oh oh, oh oh oh oh    

Cold and ingenious, utterly charming 

Solves every puzzle though oh so alarming 

His mind an entity that sees through fortified walls 

Must be Sherlock Holmes   

It is his business to know what you don’t 

With all brilliant minds giving up Sherlock wont 

He’ll flip London over and shake it till evil falls off 

 As crime cries in antipathy, ”Holmes” 

 “It must be Sherlock Holmes.”   

“Give me the most abstruse cryptogram 

Give me the most intricate analysis 

Give me the puzzle that’s practically insoluble 

 I’ll solve the unsolvable and ponder imponderable plans.”   

Has he no heart? 

Or is he  Simply illogical, merely pathological 

There must be a soul 

Behind his tempestuously fixated eyes 

If he had a heart  Its buried beneath his cold hard mind
