Jesus is the King, he got my heart, he is the owner

Grateful for his patience and his grace let's have a moment

I've been searching for his presence, read the word for lessons

Tryna find the message, memorize these verses

I've been waking up to worship, my one and only purpose

Fellowship in churches I'm just grateful I am worth it

I'm the furthest thing from perfect, but He loves me

This love is giving butterflies, I feel it in my tummy

I was living in the dark, but now my life is sunny

Salvation is my own, no one could ever take it from me, it's for me

I wanna do it your way, I'm tired of doing my way

And when I saw no way, the answer's always Yahweh

Just trying to live the right way, just live by your words

You're the one that made me, so I'll always be your servant

Peel down worry, what does this mean

That means when you're thinking negative and you're worried, capture those thoughts

Here's the scripture, two Corinthians 10: five We, Paul says, destroy arguments

And every lofty opinion that is raised against the knowledge of God, we take captive

We take what captive? Every thought

I'm just trying to hear your teachings, find the diamonds in your preachings

I was lost, but now I'm seeking, I was sowing, now I'm reaping

Ain't no pastor, ain't no deacon, just a man in search of reason

Praising God in every season, I just pray my praise is decent

I'm the furthest thing from perfect, ain't no angel, just a person

Jumping in and out of churches, I'm just trying to find my purpose

If I ever get rebellious or forsake these words and verses

Pray the Lord look past the surface

Pray you fill my heart of worship and some praises

Cause only in your presence I feel safest, I've been reading revelations

I've been working on my patience, you've been faithful, you've been gracious

And I'm grateful for the grace and I Philippians four:13 on everything I'm facing

It's amazing, I'm not worthy but you chose me nonetheless

You took my anxiety and worry and replaced them both with rest

It's all about the grace, it's never about my works

Still figuring out my life, but I'ma always put you first, I am blessed

Surely, goodness and mercies shall follow me

All the days of my life

And I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever and ever
