Durga Stuti by Shanti People is based on a sacred verse from the Narayani Stuti (Devi Mahatmyam).

The mantra used:

|SA| शरणागतदीनार्तपरित्राणपरायणे ।

सर्वस्यार्तिहरे देवि नारायणि नमोऽस्तु ते ॥१०॥

|EN| śaraṇāgata-dīnārta-paritrāṇa-parāyaṇe |

sarvasyārti-hare devi nārāyaṇi namo'stu te || (10)

Translation:

Salutations to You, O Narayani, who is devoted to protecting the distressed and the suffering who surrender themselves to You.

O Devi, remover of all pain — we bow to You.
