Lyrics

Another long rehab.
It's my first week back running after about six, seven weeks.
I know a lot of you don't understand me.
I don't give a shit.
But there's one thing I found out. I'm not the smartest motherfucker in the world,
But there's one thing I fucking do know.
Is life is relentless.
You better keep coming back from all your failures, all your doubts, all your shit. You better keep fighting, keep gettin' up. Never fucking lay down for shit. That's one thing we should all agree on. If you've been broken once,
You know how that shit feels. That means fuck it, try and break me again.
One thing in life, suffering has no expiration date. It don't give a fuck if you're black, white, poor, rich, where you come from, how you were raised. It will keep coming after you.
We're running at 40% most of us. You know, 'cause we're half in and half out. And it's not surprising 'cause life is difficult. It's like, well, what if you were 90% in or 95% in or, or all in? 'Cause you're all in anyways, right? It's a, it's a life-and-death game. No one gets out of this. Everyone dies. You might as well commit yourself.
You got to start armouring your mind. Start preparing yourself for what's out here in life. Build confidence. Build self-esteem so if people talk shit to you, it doesn't fucking matter.
I hear it all the time, "Goggins has a great message, but you don't want to end up like him. His body's all fucked up."
Well, this fucked-up body just got through running 120-mile week, 2,000 pull-ups, 4,000 push-ups, and hundreds of reps at the fucking gym.
You're not afraid of having a fucked-up body. You're afraid of the fucking effort.
See, what you don't understand is this. We're all being tested.
And that road to success is a bumpy-ass fucking road.
Has fucking potholes, nails, detours and shit.
Yeah.
A lot of you are gonna die with a nicely preserved body, no plates, no bad knees, no bruises, no scars. You'll also have an empty fucking resume.
Stay hard.
