She thought He was a gard’ner when she met Him on the road.

She had gone to see the tomb where Jesus lay.

But when she heard the stranger speak, “Mary, I'm the one you seek,”

She ran to the disciples, and through her tears, they heard her say,

“When He spoke to me, I knew it was the Savior.

When He spoke to me, He called me by my name.

The stone that sealed my heart with fear rolled silently away,

For when Jesus spoke, I knew I'd never be the same.”

For years I walked without Him, living only for myself,

But that only led to pain and misery.

Then in my heart, I heard Him say, “Child, there is a better way.”

So, I knelt down at His feet and let His mercy cover me!
