Lyrics

Look, I remember being ten years old writing music
Was just for vibes didn't really know how to use it
I mainly sang songs, wasn't really into hip-hop
I turned twelve, voice changed and I switched to hip-hop
Fell in love with rhymes, fell in love with giving vibes
Fell in love with storytelling, telling people about my life
Was raised lower middle class, went through pain and strife
But gained knowledge from the people from both sides of life
Remember old days when people of old age told me
"When you get successful, boy, don't change"
I was shocked, didn't understand the words then
Until I saw from others the true power of the pen
I've seen people lose their ways and start to get satanic
I've seen people go astray and their actions get manic
It's a skill to have talent and success and find balance
My fear is reaching the top and going into a state of panic
It's difficult to be composed when you know you're gifted
Been blessed my entire life, my spirits lifted
Both my parents pastors I was raised Pentecostal
I'm Christian, so I'd say I'm familiar with the gospel
Magnificent, the way I transfer lyrics from my pen to the paper
Working hard so that one day I have enough paper
So I have a boat, a couple of cars, and a few acres
So I buy my parents a few cars and more acres
Y'all don't understand it, I never really had it
I lived in hoods, they call me RK (rich kid) 'cause of the accent
But really I'm from where you from, I grew up in stage II
Stage 1 is drop more music, being number 1 in stage 2
Work harder than yesterday so that I get on stages too
I'm not trying to be like this my whole life, this a phase boo
I was meant to learn from the pain, not live in it
I'm meant to grow into one of the best, not dream about it
I'm meant to bring people out whatever they going through
I'm meant to make people feel some through my lyrics boo
I'm meant to spread positivity, take wisdom to the fools
Make sure I bring people close to God, give them spirit food
They get surprised when they learn that I can rap, "This is really cool"
They don't understand that what I do is make ear food
Use the sound to get to you, give you vibes and stories too
In everything I do, I give my best, I do this all for you
