Brothers and sisters, the end is already here

The time of reckoning is upon us! Wickedness and greed are the kindling that fuel the flames of damnation that lick at our heel! Burden weighs heavy upon the souls of the unrepentant! Yet we cling to our sins like a drowning rat to rotted driftwood. Our hour approaches. The window of repentance was closed and nailed shut. This here, this here is all we got left. No vaulted abundance nor trinket or treasure await us. Nah. Hell nah. Our future is wrought with dirt. But dirt we once were, and to the dirt we shall return. Our psyche long forgotten. Our songs of abundance replaced by unanswered cries for relief. Stories and rumors of war. Our scrolls contain only doom. The Scribes of Judgment can no longer hold a quill. Their hands mangled and twisted from documenting our downfall. Tears form their inkblots, damnation their scripturesAs they weep for us and write The Gospel of The Goddamned!
