So many signs of the truth,

 blinded by youth

 Time always ticked away faster with two, never used any schemes, never made any means,

 to an end was unseen, but that's the way a boy dreamed, I never did it for streams,

 I just wanted people to see, and now that people have seen me, for me it's the green.

 Like money grew on trees then is blind to the scenes, I couldn't see the door,

 cause I thought it's just a wall, and there's no further I could soar above the clouds.

 Then a superhero came, but it was you that was on the ground, and the one that helped the most,

 not the one in the clouds, and all these people we could listen to, but everything's sound.

 Everything's similar in some way, it sounds so insane to some people, but I feel there's only one way to real peace,

 and that's understanding everybody's means to an end.

 But see the paradox that we descend on, on that statement, is that not everybody can understand everybody,

 and be patient at the same time, because they will not separate beliefs.

 Notice I said will not, and not cannot, because you cannot feed the beast,

 if you wish peace upon your people around your streets.

 And that's not people from rappers that we talk about on beats, that's just neighborhoods,

 like Easter time when old ladies used to make the peeps.

 Not no big grocery sign and gentrified surroundings in your naked eye.

 I ain't been patient, why? Cause I'm told I have the time the most.

 I've been the youngest all my life until I made the toast to 21 and tried to boast.

 Now I feel I wasted time trying to be the most attentive, and they make no time for me and my incentive.

 I'm always asking my purpose to God, and what my worth is,

 cause I used to think worth was being worthless, and I had no purpose till I prayed to the one they noticed once.

 And I took that day with grace and humility, cause I knew I was the runt.

 Now I ain't been the runt in a while, I don't ever really think as much.

 That's the only difference. I finally understand the lesson he was teaching.

 You may not like everybody, but listen when they're speaking,

 cause that's perspective that you wanted from the start.

 You may not like it, but it's still gonna be real, good enough for your heart.

 That's the reason that we are who we are.

 The people around us on our journey and the fact that you made it this far
