What I figured out to self love is, is choosing yourself every single time

It may be saying no to something that you know you genuinely don't want to do

It might hurt the other person but then hey you have to choose you at the end of the day because

You really actually

Just have yourself

I don't mean to sound sad or anything but

You would always support yourself

You would always cheer yourself up

You would always encourage yourself

Don't wait for anybody else to do it for you

Just make sure that

You're believing yourself and

You love yourself and you appreciate yourself

Celebrate the little things

Don't get disappointed too easily

Always expect anything from anybody and

You'll be fine
