Peace Dancer v. two

The morning sun starts to rise

Into a windblown day, that is so infernal

And so cold with the screams

From all of the crows that the daylight dismantle

From nightmares, fights and creeps in the trees

Encroachment at sunrise

He's standing, inside, with his hand like a fist

And he sees, the arm of his neighbor is thrown

At a distance of twenty frozen feet at the old kitchen oak door

Displaced by missiles high

When the grey fighters came low with swift death in their wake

Like vicious hellbent snakes

And thunder roars in the distance, like demons on leave

From limbo and hell, that the fierce statesmen receive

The men of corruption, the women of greed

The death of all the happy smiles

That peace corps do breed

And angels will come with thousand sails

And flush down their tears into the empty grails

Knowing that lovers will hold all their lovings for true

Untill the war destruction days are through

You're standing in the evening sun like anyone

Who's come to dance upon a ballroom stage inside a park

Your eyes are bright and shining

Your partner took you dining

Along under the lights and music, here by the river

You felt the mystic gaze, and all your universal feelings spark

In the eternal freedom's dome, where love is in the haze

Wrestling with sympathy and the given grace

Life becomes the kingdom of the dark

Dancing away with the knights brigade

You suddenly see a streak from a starlight

That moves so softly like a deep thought

That's coming this way from

Minds of creation you cannot see

Angels that's renting your house for free

From spring to wintertime

On every day, and every way

Balancing time on a waiter's tray

Dancing away all the bad times

Of wartime afternoons

And deprivated freedom walks and talks

As all the world is spinning round the same conclusion"We must prevent that our wealth goes to them

We are righteous good guys

You cannot understand the flaw

In statesmen's presentation

When they speak of their crimes

As they are the victims
