you can tell cause you can hear a bunch of keys

somebody opening the door to the grocery store downstairs

early in the morning

it’s early in the morning and who really needs a clock

when every day the karts they roll into the stock room

at exactly 6:04

and an old refrigerator switches on ten minutes later

you may say the days are great and I do not disagree

and if you like the night time hey then that’s just fine with me
