I had think about it, what is the pursuit founded on

Nature or nurture

Man I can't tell the difference, these concepts been twinning

Over the years the narrative has become my competition

From myself I been distant, chasing man made security

Ingenuity is intuitive to the reason I start doing this

Like really why am I doing this?

It's like the yeast makes its way through the bread

What's the point when what you do for a meal, makes a meal of you

I tried to I find my joy through circumstantial highs

But I realised that these circumstances ain't gon satisfy me

So I was searching for something more

Circumstantial highs often a familiarity

Looking forward to looking forward and once it's done, I'm looking for it

Pleasure plotting looking through the options

Entertained or unfulfilled, tell me how you feel

Peddling escape, a chasing after the wind

Deep down we know,

Either we decide to drown our dissatisfaction In a counter action to the Truth

Had a plan to get signed to a record label, stand on top of the building and say mama I made it

Had a plan to be a player player, seeking pleasure, any measure

Instead now I stretch my hands towards the Father and accepted salvation

You won't find Him searching in that way
