Lyrics

Wu Tang Clan
We was all about the C.R.E.A.M.
Didn’t have a dollar
Everything was but a dream
I promised me that I would get it done by any means
But I'm not for everyone
So I might not have what you need
I’m not the goat
I’m the lone wolf finna get em gone
It’s no necessity but I got what you want
From the jump
We gon make the club thump
Trap, mix it with the funk
Bad bitches to the front
So much money outchea
I just need a chunk
It’s no necessity but I got what you want
From the jump
We gon make the club thump
Trap, mix it with a little funk
Bad bitches to the front
Put 100 thousand in they pockets like a charity
Promise you ain’t met no one like me this here a rarity
Say you ride for me, let’s test it out, I need some clarity
Thugs in my city tip toeing like they scared of me
Toxic **** told my girl I think I need some therapy
I can’t spare nobody feelings, ain’t nobody sparing me
Ear to the streets, hit boy but they ain’t hearing me
**** weak, I listen to they shit, sound like a parody
So much money outchea
I just need a chunk
It’s no necessity but I got what you want
From the jump
We gon make the club thump
Trap, mix it with a little funk
Bad bitches to the front
Damn it’s cramped
But still I find the outlet for a lamp
Shovels and things
Since the sound went
Underground not underneath
I tunneled under
Narratives that glorify the streets
Hope this jam before my glock
When it’s time to up thang for peace
Pray I live long enough to see
My goals grow into trees
Treat me like the plug
But keep our blood off the leaves
I cut it differently
When Sam can’t give you what you need
No saint but I’m puttin
Heavy weight back in the music
Gotta slang just to go against
The grain and institutions
So that TLC duffled
Cuz they love to get abusive
Sendin brick after brick
For my people livin lucid
The proof is in the progress
The proof is I wakin up betta
Than your last steps
Sober off grid
Zoom in it make me rich
To let them spirits hit
The lick whoever thinkin we finna quit
Vice grips dissolve into bridges
It help me wild out
The right lenses only perspective
So I can’t stand down
The nice kid don’t sleep with the timid
Oh he healed now
I’m nice kid the class is in session
So gimmie hands crowds
So much money outchea
I just need a chunk
It’s no necessity but I got what you want
From the jump
We gon make the club thump
Trap, mix it with a little funk
Bad bitches to the front
Front of the line
The summer is mine
The fall is mine
The winter is mine
The spring is mine
You run up and I’m
Finna get down
These cats is clowns
No circus around
City something like a melting pot
They finna hear us loud, cmon
When the pressure getting heavy
Who be the spotter
Shine bright always knew I’d be a star
But who gon pick it up when all the pieces fall
I’m swinging through the city like I’m Peter Parker
There’s so much money outchea
I just need a chunk
It’s no necessity but I got what you want
From the jump
We gon make the club thump
Trap, mix it with a little funk
Bad bitches to the front
