Lisa Heller makes alternative pop for people who feel everything a little too intensely and have a sense of humor about it.

Based in Los Angeles, Heller turns her inner monologue into brutally honest, hook-driven songs about mental health, identity, relationships, and the general chaos of being a person. Her music is equal parts vulnerable, explosive, and self-aware, finding humor in the things that probably shouldn't be funny.

After breaking through with her viral single is anyone listening? (unfiltered) Heller has amassed over 5 million independent streams and performed alongside artists including Zara Larsson , Djo, THE DRIVER ERA, Echosmith, Chelsea Cutler, Neon Trees, COIN, Bryce Vine, Hippo Campus, Yung Gravy, and Christian French, Heller has built a world where big feelings and bigger choruses coexist.

The impact of “is anyone listening?” extends beyond the song itself. Heller also created an initiative bringing music, mental health, and community together, creating space for honest conversations and reminding listeners they're never alone.

Following her 2025 and 2026 EPs HELLO, MY NAME IS and KILL LISA, her latest single, Danny introduces a new side of her songwriting. Nostalgic, impulsive, and hopelessly romantic, the song captures the feeling of falling so hard for someone that you want to skip straight to the part where you've built a life together.

And no, his name isn't actually Danny.
