Animals are subjected to experiments that include everything from infecting them with diseases, poisoning, brain scans, causing brain damage, planting electrodes into their brains, maiming, blinding them, other painful and invasive procedures, and includes protocols that cause severe suffering such as long-term social isolation, electric shocks, withholding food and water, repeated breeding and separating infants from mothers. Many, if not most, animals die before the end of the study. Do you really think that animal torture is the only path to medical process? Behind the excuse of medical research, animals are infected, suffocated, burned, and more. We as the human race fail to show empathy or compassion. They spend their lives in cages, unable to make choices or express natural behavior. Most never experience fresh air or sunshine, only bars and concrete. And the people who do this get to relax in their big homes far away from the screams. That's where we come in, we have to fight until every cage is empty
