I won’t go out anymore

I can’t feel strong, I can’t even say it

Does this sound naive? Would it break my image to be shown admitting I don’t know which way is up or who I can trust? You seem to have written it all in advance

You say “befriend your heart” while in the other hand your mind creates a box in which your heart can pace around and never see the sun

You say, “the sun’s a moon” and so I must agree; the sun’s a rushlight over mountain tops, so much as ask and we would jump right off

Or speak in tongues to our own mothers, right or wrong, and in the end what does it matter if our lives are any better; you have won
