So I'm chillen in my car before I go into work, I've not had a chance to journal. So this is gonna be my journaling, right now. (Breath)

Today I don't feel very good, I feel kinda nasueous. I feel closed up. I feel tired, I feel.. Blocked. And I just feel like.. I'm always like this

I fe- I feel like this often. (correcting) I should say... Cuz I-I'm not always like this

I just feel like this often, and I don't know why

Maybe it's just because I haven't been practicing yoga as much as I should. I just don't feel open, y'know my tone of voice is just q- hushed.. quiet, y'know I just don't feel.. like myself

I haven't felt like myself in a long time

I'm nervous to go into work. (pause) I feel nervous to go into work.. but

It's gonna be okay. Just be myself. Just, do a good job. You know. I'm just hosting. It's really nothin' stressful

It's what I make of it, like my mom said. This job is gonna be what I make of it. And um, yeah

I got a lot comin, my way.. you know? A lot of good stuff, and uh, but that's all in the future.. let's just focus on today. Right now. Just this 4-hour shift

Like it's really not that bad if I can just make the best of it. So make the best of it. Meet everyone, do a good job, .. and all will be okay
