with your rigidities, your retinized sluggishness,

Your reticence, your inability to respond instantly, decisively, boldly, objectively to pressing and trenchant problems

Because you recoil and you fall back on what has happened before, regardless of the fact that it has not worked

You are too, too formal

That's why you refer to yourselves as excellencies and whatever the titles

No formalities, because I want us to focus on the real issues
