My regiment's evident

Workout consists of cardio

To maintain my endurance

Weight lift, push ups, pull ups

On protein shakes when I drink I feel fuller

Stella in my age when I see somebody that I haven't seen in a while

They say "Oh, you look the same"

Eh, not quite but I know what you mean

Chalk it up to DNA and good genes

I take it as a sign as time winds down

Reaching my twilight years hoping I still be around

My medical results be a clean bill of health

And without your health you can't attain no wealth

Took a backseat to sipping but I still have vices

I know I'm not perfect but I'm damn sure trying

Death is a promise at all costs so I try and avoid it prematurely

Thinking like this from a shorty

Gotta take care of yourself

Nothing's more important than your health

Mental calisthenics stop me from catching migraines

So it's no need for Advil

Strong will, iron clad like an anvil

No witchcraft or hex can have an effect on me

I understand fully based around silly mojo

And so I never leave the crib without my talisman

With all three eyes my vision is sharp

From all the carrots that I ate as a kid growing up

Chew cloves of garlic which might sound appalling

Regulating my weight gain to maintain the balance

Drink wood root tonic though it tastes like dirt

It makes my eyes water like raw onions when you eat 'em

'Cause certain things don't agree with your taste buds

Doesn't mean it's not good for your body in the long run

Nutmeg in a glass of water

In some phase in your life it's important I recommend

Gotta take care of yourself
