There is no time left to sing

Failure and success the same

Your thoughts and dreams wouldn't know

If you were a mountain or a crow

The death of liking company

The things we've been or couldn't be

And falling further down the hole

There's not a lot left to unfold

Giving time and taking love

Fearing that we may be loved

For what we perceive to not

Be the true form of ourselves

Feel the stillness of the storm

Keep that heart that you have grown

Take these hands into your home

But in the fire you look old

Like a wise man growing old

So it's goodbye to the bottle

I never thought that this would end
