Tales of a man,

who held his pride with both hands high

but in darker nights he bowed down

“May we be tall

may we be forgiven

may we be small

may we still be giving”

Ever was a man who died satisfied, with everything he had in a lifetime, now was there ever?

Let me be the man who dies satisfied, knowing what i leave is for someone’s endeavors

For what I live for, for those still breathing

all I want to be, is to always be giving

When my sun is finally setting & i’m slowly sinking

mother earth, tell me , was I worth my while, living?
