Famous Enough

I’ve been on the road writing songs for what seems like forever Yeah I thought it’d be over by now but it keeps getting better

It won’t do me no good to be what they say I should be

The last thing I need is another pair of eyes watching me

Peoples say I’ll be famous but I think I’m famous enough

I’d hate to see the man I’d become when it all gets too much

I don’t wanna be a friend who can’t pick up the phone and call to just stay in touch

I don’t wanna be famous I think I’m already famous enough

When this whole thing began it was me writing songs with my friends, Now it’s been three whole months we ain’t really talked much since then

Now, they moved away and I’m stuck on this stage writing songs that don’t pay the bills

There’s some things in this life that a good buzz just can’t seem to kill

People say I’ll be famous but I think I’m famous enough

I’d hate to see the man I’d become when it all gets too much
