Fear Is Catching

I fall, I break like anybody else

I know the strength it takes to win the fight against myself

Now I’m falling, falling, falling

I am in over my head

Got me crawling back into the wild instead

I’m scared of nothing

But I’m still running

The fear is catching

I burn, I ache as I shatter on my own

Slow down and hesitate before I face the great unknown

I feel this hunger creeping in

Slowly it swallows everything

I wished this heavy on my heart
