Tidal Wave

Since we've come this far

It seems dim to shut it off

But to answer just to who we are

Came to be tough

Let alone the imagery

Of me and you in figures eight

Held me back in dizzily

To groom the fields of thinking straight

The tears burst forth like the bomb you detonate

And the tidal wave came rushing through the floodgate

And all my cricket thoughts sadly tangled into a noose
