Glass (Half Full)

I am losing my mind

I am losing everything

And I could not care any less

I have crushed all hope of getting myself together

Sitting still was never this hard

And my back never hurt this much

I was always more attentive

Some say its growing old but I know there is more

I can feel my mind drifting into nothing

One day I'll be empty

Without mind or soul

An empty vessel for the earth to take hold

I hope it does

I hope I am good enough

I wasn't always like this

One day I will be empty
