It's just under two hundred square miles

Between the Wando River and the banks of Kettle Creek

Rural routes and tobacco fields

The kind of place that nobody leaves

Where most folks drive a truck

It's a civil war square and a couple stoplights

Yeah, I know it don't look like much

Between those county signs

But somewhere along those lines

I grew up more than a little bit
