We'll Remember You

To the service men and women of the United States Armed Forces who have served throughout the years. We salute you for your bravery honor and sacrifice protecting this country from enemies both foreign and domestic. We tip our caps and salute you for fighting for our flag and our freedom. Early morning train

Off to fight for freedom

In a land so far away

Orders say for 18 months

But heaven only knows

If they’ll see Old Glory fly again

O’er the town that they call home

Some stormed the desert

Hills of Afghanistan

Others fought in jungles

In the thick of Vietnam

They battled in Korea

It was hell for all to see

The greatest saved the whole world twice

From hate and tyranny

A soldier’s job is never done

They lay it on the line

To oft an unsung hero

While the world holds others high

When Uncle Sam rings that phone

There’s few who take the call

The reason that there’s freedom for us all

To all who fought and those who paid the price
