My day job i might quit it

But my dream doesn't match my reality yet

That's a reality check

I teach for a living and my boss been good to me

But the studio be calling beats arе like food to me

I'm trying to see my students through anothеr term

I feel like if i disappear now, I will be betraying them

I see them making progress and it brings me joy

Tell me what's better than being water to their soil(Nothing man)

But lately I been really stressed

My struggles and my flaws got me feeling like a mess

But my girl and my mum got me feeling like I'm blessed

My girl deserves a ring

My mama deserve pikin

When go tell her say chill just do whatever you please

But I am not there yet and you know how that feels
