The Well of Grief

I guess we're done, but it's not over yet

I am still searching for the definition to myself

When I travelled far across the distance

Riding the waves of delusion

Drifting from place to place

I feel ghosts crawling on my skin

Reminding me of all the things I've done

So far my pattern has been to hurt those I trusted

And I know that I need to change

Before death do us part forever

We started from the scratch

Ended up with nothing

Now I look down

Beneath the still surface

Into the well of grief

The promise turned into regret

The truth is always one step behind the costs
