Layers of blackness folding over themselves
Twisting and contorting, agonized flesh distorted
Rolling over and through
Emulating smoke curling and billowing
Like blood dripping into water
Dissipating until it's washed clean
Becoming what it fights
Struggling with the opposite
Transforming into what it hates
Echoing throughout existence
Life from unbeing
Being and nothingness
Lapses and eclipses
Staring out into the void
To be met by those which stare back
