The purpose of a perfect weapon

To annihilate earths oppressors

Triumphant they were

They soon turned their gaze

White coats saw a future

But chose to ignore the past

Divining history

Through translucent glass

Through arrogance it was chosen to be the saviour

Unforeseen and ill-conceived misbehaviour

It's actions drive a wedge between creator and its victim

A hunt for it's head and heart that barely beats

The author of its genesis does not hold it's reins
