Devotion

Sometimes I feel the energy of certain things around me

And I don't know if it's intuition

Or if I called it forth

That's not to say that I'm the one who moves all of creation

Know my place, know my power

I'm lost like everyone

So which is it

Well I grew up inside a church with prayer that had its place

I learned of love for everyone

And love that brought disgrace

And as a child, I looked around and saw a vacancy

A swinging back and forth between the things that we believed

So which is it

But you can change what you see
