Yo, seems like my chance has come around

It's not often that you spot them cos you're blinded when you're down

To be honest, I can take this time to say you're right

You know I like to play and I think that that's alright

I struggle to find a minute to breathe nowadays

I struggle to find some shit to believe when I pray

Days go by where I'm meant to learn more

Today I learnt that I'm worse than I seemed yesterday

It seems I've grown accustomed to being numb, uh huh

It's not a scar if you can't remember where it's from

Days go by where I think I feel less

But she pays a visit to my soul and then I'm feeling dumb
