Fall Into Place

Living in a broken world

Some things can’t help but get broken

Hearts and dreams and what had been

And all the things I trusted in

Sometimes leave me feeling hopeless

But faith was made for moments like this

When everything is going wrong

The days are hard and nights are long

I still know God makes a way

So even here, and even now, with all the pieces on the ground

Maybe, just maybe it takes

Everything falling apart

For everything to fall into place

I held so tight, to what I thought

Were treasures I’d hold to forever

Fighting hard, to understand

Why blessings can slip through my hands

Leaves me with more questions than answers
