If I don't write songs for you

It's not that you don't move me to

But every time a feeling came

My pictures wouldn't fit the frame

And then comes morning

Morning comes but once a year

Mist and sunshine

Warm and nice but not too clear

So if you want I'll write a song

It shouldn't take me very long

But if I can't conceive the lines

Don't worry, we've got lots of time

And meanwhile, I'll just smile
