Look at the frown on that pretty little face

Cos she doesn't feel her mother's love

Trace the tear in her tired eye

Cos the road she walks is rough

When putting food on the family table

Is hard and times are tough

Little acts of love and kindness

Make a difference

To know and not to do, they say

Is not knowing after all

We're all in this together

Through the rising and the fall

We can watch the rich get richer
