Behind the Wall

Far beyond these dark shores

we embrace a new day,

Where shadows shant linger

no life led astray

A new world it now beckons

with hope spread anew,

Skies now draw pallets

of freedoms in hue

Yet darkness still stirs for those not pure of heart, it pulls them from reason, and tears them apart,

For within their braced minds, dwells senescents of doubt, that would pass off for hope and then cast a new doubt

When the darkness calls, we will stand and meet you there

When the night draws in,

this world won't feel so cold

Here new wonders now usher,

and lure a new hope,

Whilst twilight,

she beckons your faith to disrobe

How candles now burn

under skies once of black

They guide us, adduce us,

to never look back

So now walk on this earth,

a new dawn it begins,

Away from the treason, and venomous sin

A place where the gods once resided as one, far from the haze of lemurian suns

When the darkness calls

We will stand and meet you there

carried on the wind, just breathe the air

conjoined arm in arm

Here troubles take flight,

like the Alkanost's flarm

Where voices of prophets,

no longer reign true

Just silence, and solace,

and hope now imbued
