Bargaining

Just to catch up to ourself

We just settle in the body

We actually just allow the energy to be what it is

So just notice what emotions are arising

A bit of anxiety, we just notice it

(I guess for me, bargaining felt like a war)

Almost like clouds, kind of like hovering along

Other emotions, if there's anger, sadness, it all belongs

Familiar spaces of holding

You just notice being in the body

Grounded to the earth

Settle into the breath

Almost like the breath is cradling us
