I can't move my arms

Okay, that's partly true

Partly an over exaggeration of the facts

See, I reup my membership at the Y

And I started to work out again

Lowest settings on all the machines

Then I do three sets of ten

Yesterday I decided against all better advice

To focus on my biceps

That was a misstep

For I did not understand the device

And I set the weight higher

Than I thought I had done

And I kept on doing curls

Though I was clearly impressing no one

And it was only 20 or 30 pounds

I hope there's someone at the hospital

When I come around

Cause I can't move my arms
