Last night in then night I tried to call you

I thought I hit a 1 but I must a hit a 2

Cuz it called the city zoo

So I talked to some weird guy there about what they feed their kangaroo

Cuz I never actually knew

But I only really wanted to talk to you

In fact I still do

But you left in a Jeep when the water got deep

So I climbed up the tallest tree with the longest limb

Cuz you know I can’t swim

But the light was dim and the limb was thin

And I fell in the water and it was up to my chin

And I was all alone again

Man, I can’t win
