Walk Out

It’s always somewhat vague how we put ourselves in chains.

Something in me craved sparks bringing about a change.

Picked you out, possibly was I in doubt.

Pick you out may be what I’d do without.

What gets you high, should make me happy too.

But from on high, quite the reverse, it makes me walk out.

All in all we’re vain, sure our heart and mind stand out.

Yet confidence is thin, depends on what we’re told, and that just picks you out.

You do happen to tear me out in two.
