Letter To Myself

I hate my nose I hate my hair

I hate my smile and the clothes I wear im too young, or am i old?

I’m too quiet but then too bold

i hate my smile you make me do

i hate my flaws when i look at you why am i so unlucky

when you are you and im just me

but

if theres a way

that i could change

every mistake in myself that god made would i be happy

is it good enough

cause i want to be everything that im not quite sure what im looking for cause i’ll still feel the same way

but just find new flaws

I hate the way i over think

i hate the sound when i sing

i hate my voice cause its too low

ill write a song, hate it tomorrow

i hate the way i compare myself insecurities is what they have

i understand how this sounds dumb cause the moon wont say it to the sun

but

to younger you, hope i make you proud no wonder you let no one in
